We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and creative self-starter to join our team. Reporting to the North American Managing Director, you will lead COPA-DATA USA in all local marketing efforts and collaborate with internal and external teams to fulfill various marketing needs. After an in-house training, you will need to understand our product at a proficient level to be able to communicate the benefits effectively to target customers. You should have an inherent curiosity to learn market insights, best practices and emerging tools. A positive, open-minded and inclusive attitude will thrive at COPA-DATA.

Your Responsibilities:

You will lead our campaigns in developing new markets, nurturing target customers, evaluating marketing performance metrics, and improving our campaigns and customer experience. Your main tasks include:

Strategic planning and reporting:

  • Collaborate closely with our local team and HQ marketing to adapt the global marketing strategy at a local level
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, market demand and competitive landscape
  • Define strategy, goals, budget, target audience, product positioning, and brand tactics to generate brand awareness and drive business objectives
  • Manage and implement brand strategy across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Report on marketing KPIs; deliver actionable insights to improve performance and ROI

Digital campaigns:

  • Work with external agency and HQ marketing to plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns
  • Collaborate with external agency to implement Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across platforms to drive awareness and generate leads
  • Assist HQ with creating and distributing corporate newsletters and mass emails

Event coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate exhibition and attendance at major industry trade shows and conferences
  • Identify and evaluate local conferences and events to support sales and the company’s business plan

Customer and partner outreach:

  • Work with sales team in defining and executing lead management processes, from acquisition and qualification to follow-ups
  • Own the process of lead nurturing, from developing communication templates to building drip workflows, to support the sales process
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to strengthen customer and partner relationship and improve engagement
  • Work with sales and HQ teams to implement initiatives that help collect customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction

Other

  • Maintain clean and up-to-date databases, e.g. CRM
  • Other duties as assigned

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Generate business in-line with COPA-DATA’s key Industries. Maximize the use of COPA-DATA products to develop solutions that provide business benefits to clients
  • Independent Management and Development of the North American market as assigned by COPA-DATA in-line with business needs
